BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The affairs of the IPPOA is managed by a board of five
(5) directors who are members of the association.
The board is elected from and by the homeowners of the community at our annual meeting.
COMMITTEES
The IPPOA board of directors has appointed the following committees to advice the board of directors in the performance of its duties: (1) Architectural Review, (2) Web, Social, and Communications, (3) Grounds and Security Cameras, (4) Marina, (5) Road Planning.
FELIPE VELOSA
The Architectural Review Committee (Archcom) is tasked with reviewing plans, specifications, and plot plans for the proposed improvements to be made on any lot, to insure for all owners that proposed additions or modifications conform to the requirements contained in the 2006 Amended Protective Restrictions and Covenants for Inverness Point Subdivision.

The Social, Website and Communications is tasked with updates to the website, pertinent communications to iPPOA members and planning activities such as the annual Inverness picnic.

Maintaining common grounds, security cameras and courts.

Maintain front entrance and marina to include moving marina when necessary.

This committee is responsible for researching options, collecting bids from qualified vendors and planning for road maintenance and repair.
