The marina is serviced on at least a quarterly basis to make adjustments for lake levels and to make required repairs.  Fire extinguishers are inspected annually.  Use of the marina and the surrounding swim area are at the risk of the individual.  There is no lifeguard available.

Inverness Point maintains a commercial marine policy for the marina.  Marina renters are required to keep their boats fully insured with protection and indemnity coverage and to provide a certificate of insurance naming IPPOA as an additional insured.
