OUR LOGO
Inverness Point was originally a fishing community.
Our neighborhood is located on a protected cove with panoramic views of Lake Travis. The rich sunrises and slow sunsets are reflected in the lake—and the view include vast canyon expanses and foliage unique to the Texas Hill Country.
Inverness Point started its early days as a fishing community, but over the years multiple families have found & made Inverness their home. It started growing with vacation lake houses, and it has grown into a mixed community with elegant homes near Austin.
Our original sign with its carved text still exists at the entrance of the community and it’s a piece of our neighborhood history

Our original sign is a piece of neighborhood history so we traced the hand carved font from our original sign to select a font that reflected the rich history of the community
SYMBOLISM
The compass maritime symbol was popular among early fishermen and sailors as an emblem of protection. It is often used as a sophisticated symbol on homes and it has been historically painted on ships as a token of good luck.
The compass is a tool to help you find home and for this the compass rose was incorporated into our logo.
